Incorporation procedure for LLP:
The incorporation procedure of LLP is similar to that of incorporation procedure that of private limited company. The procedure is as follows: The agreement may be amended but every change should be notified to the ministry of corporate affairs. If no agreement has taken place amongst the partners then duties and rights under Schedule 1 to the LLP Act shall be applicable.
