KIITEE Counselling 2021
The seat allocation will be purely based on the merit and candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. After a few days of the declaration of result, the university will publish the KIITEE counselling schedule on its website. On behalf of the candidates, if candidate’s parents attend the counselling they have to bring the additional documents to attend the counselling. In such cases, admission will be purely provisional and seat allotment letter will be issued only after biometric verification of candidate. The verification of documents will be done at the time of admission/counselling. If the candidate fails to produce the original record, they will not be considered for admission. The university will release the cut-off marks for participating in the counselling. Candidates those who will score the marks higher than the cut-off marks will be invited for the counseling rounds. KIITEE Counselling Schedule 2021
The counselling for the B.Tech programme is started on the 23rd August 2021. Last time the counselling was conducted for four days. On the basis of availability of seats, the counselling will be conducted in various rounds. The counselling procedure for all UG & PG courses will be prescribed by the university after few days of the declaration of result. Here, we have mentioned the tentative schedule for the counselling.
KIITEE Counselling Procedure 2021
The KIITEE counselling procedure 2021 will be comprised of the steps given below. Choice Filling: After declaration of merit list, candidates will be called for counselling as per their ranks. A candidate with a higher rank will be given preference in allotting the seats. Candidates have to reach the counselling venue before half an hour of the starting of the counselling. There candidates have to fill the course choice as per the order of their preference. Document Verification: Candidates have to verify their original documents. Candidates those who will fail to verify or produce their all said documents will not be allowed for the admission. So, the candidates must present with all required documents on the day of counselling. Seat Allotment: After the verification process of the documents, candidate will be allotted the seats. The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidate’s filled choices, availability of seats and rank of the candidate. Candidates can confirm their seats by paying the counselling fee. Counselling will be stopped at any stage as soon as all the seats will be filled completely. Payment of Fee: Candidates have to pay the counselling fee to get admission in the allotted college. Candidates can deposit the fees through demand draft in favor of KIIT payable at Bhubneshwar.
